Look Good, Feel Good, Run Good…
These past few months have been nothing but extremely hectic, which should explain my lack of posts. Currently, I am in the thick of my career as a student and it will only get more difficult as the semester continues on. Ideally, I would love to post as much as I can, but for now it will be whenever I get spare time. Hopefully, it will be more often than not because this is a great stress reliever!
Speaking of stress, a few weeks ago I decided to go on a new diet to help with my anxiety. So far, so good. I do not follow it exactly but use it more as a guide. Along with this diet, is a workout. Something I have never been to fond of. But, because it is the start of a new semester, I decided to give it a try. Therefore, leading to the reason for my post! After a paragraph of explaining, which I know was not necessary, here is what currently helps me keep my workouts going!
Currently my favorite workout top! I hate taking it off.
A much more economical choice that a majority of my workout clothes consist of!
Maybe not this exact tank, but the overall idea is what I like. This Texas heat is brutal so having some air flow is key.
And of course, my favorite hair ties I can’t live without..
Looking good while exercising can sometimes have a positive effect on your workout. At least that is the case for me. What is your go-to brand for workout clothes? I would love to expand my workout wardrobe!
